Free Summer Coloring Book for Toddlers and Preschoolers

Looking for an easy, screen-free activity that will keep your toddler or preschooler happily entertained this summer?

We’ve created a FREE 26-page Summer Coloring Book filled with simple, fun coloring pages designed especially for little hands.

Inside you’ll find smiling suns, beach balls, sea animals, popsicles, flowers, butterflies, and more—all with extra-thick outlines and large, easy-to-color spaces that are perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.

Why We Made This

Summer is long. And if you have a toddler or preschooler at home, you know that “screen-free activity” often means “mom is also doing the activity.” Coloring is one of those rare wins…. it’s INDEPENDENT, it builds fine motor skills, and it genuinely holds their attention.

So we made our own for some summer fun! Big chunky outlines, simple summer scenes, and lots of white space for little crayons to fill in.

And we’re giving it away completely FREE.

What’s Inside the Coloring Book

Summer coloring pages featuring:

  • A smiling sun wearing sunglasses
  • Ice cream cones and popsicles
  • A friendly crab, turtle, and whale
  • Beach scenes — buckets, spades, flip flops, sandcastles
  • A sailboat, a lemonade glass, a watermelon slice
  • Butterflies, bumblebees, and ladybugs
  • A rainbow, a sunflower, and more

Most pages are designed with thick, bold outlines and simple shapes — made for little hands using chunky crayons or markers.

Designed Specifically for Toddlers & Preschoolers

This coloring book is designed for ages 2–5. Most images are simple enough for toddlers who are just getting comfortable with crayons, but still fun and engaging for preschoolers who are ready to be more deliberate with their coloring.

It’s also great for:

  • Summer daycare or preschool programs
  • Road trips and long car rides
  • Rainy summer days
  • Quiet time activities
  • Travel entertainment

How to Use It

Print at home — the book is formatted as standard A4/letter size (8.5 x 11 inches), so it prints perfectly on a home printer. You can print the whole book at once or just a few pages at a time.

Pro tip: Print on slightly thicker paper (90gsm or above) if you have it — it holds up better to markers and watercolor crayons without bleeding through.

Laminate your favorites — if your little one has a page they love, laminate it and let them color it again and again with dry-erase markers. Endless fun
